Registration fees and Deadlines

• Early registration: $350 (before June 1, 2011)


• Late registration: $375 (after June 1, 2011)

Registration fee includes:

• Conference materials
• Opening Reception (July 5)
• Three lunches (July 6, 7 and 8)
• Tour of the Low Energy Neutron Source at the Center for Exploration of Energy and Matter
• Conference Banquet
• One copy of the published Conference Proceedings

Abstract Submission Deadline

• May 15, 2011 - extended to June 1, 2011

Lodging

Discounted room rates are available for UCANS-II participants at the conference hotel and three nearby hotels, plus one student residence (dormitory). Rooms must be reserved directly through the hotels. Click here for details.

Travel grants

Some travel grants are expected to be available for students, post-doctoral researchers, and young faculty. To apply for a travel grant please email the Conference Coordinator to request an application form.
